Good Steward Consulting was founded on a conviction that goes deeper than strategy: that every organization serving people in need deserves a partner who shows up with their whole heart — not just their expertise. When I work with you, I treat your mission, your donors, and your team as if they were my own.
My background includes years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, and leadership. I have helped organizations grow their donor base, increase giving, and build sustainable funding models. I am passionate about helping nonprofits create lasting impact and build strong, healthy relationships with their supporters.
But the deeper truth is this: I do this work because I genuinely love it — and I genuinely love the people it serves. Growing up in foster care gave me an understanding of what it means to be marginalized, to depend on the kindness and commitment of others, and to know that the organizations showing up for people in need are doing some of the most important work in the world. Their programs cost money. Helping them raise it well, faithfully, and relationally — that's not a consulting engagement to me. That's a calling.
When I come alongside your organization, I treat it as my own. Your donors become people I care about stewarding. Your team becomes a team I want to see grow in confidence and capacity. Your goals become goals I'm personally invested in seeing you reach.
